We ask that goods only be returned if faulty (unless otherwise agreed). Any faulty items need to be reported to us within 30 days of you receiving the order from us. We will refund/exchange the full cost within 30 days, excluding postage & packaging. Credit card refunds can only be returned to the card used for the original purchase. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
If your order arrives defective or damaged we will happily refund/exchange it for you. We will need to be notified of this within 30 days of you receiving the order. Please contact our customer services team if you wish to make a return of defective or damaged goods.
We are unable to accept returns or refunds for eBooks or other digital content unless the files are faulty. Please ensure you are buying the digital copy, only if you require the digital copy.
If there is a problem with your eBook file please do get in touch and we will resolve this for you.
We reserve the right to cancel free / promo books from orders shipping from multiple warehouses, addresses outside the contiguous US, etc.
Customers have 30 days from which your order is shipped to report that your order has not been received. If you notify 10ofThose that you did not receive your order after the 30–day window, you as the customer are responsible for the full cost of replacing the order should you wish to do so.
Customers are responsible for accurately entering the delivery address at checkout. If a package is undeliverable due to an address being incorrectly entered, we will seek to help you reship your order, but you as the customer are responsible for the full cost of doing so. Items on back–order or pre–order will be shipped to the address that was entered at the time the order was placed, unless we are notified of an address change before the order ships out.
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times will vary but please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive with you. If when placing your order you know you need your resources by a certain date please contact the office. Customers have 60 days from which the order is placed to report that your order has not been received. If you notify 10ofThose that you did not receive your order after the 60–day window (with the exception of backorders and orders we’ve previously communicated with you about), you as the customer are responsible for the full cost of replacing the order.
On most occasions we will hold the whole order until all items are in stock (should we have insufficient stock to complete your order). We do this to reduce the cost to you. We will notify you of this if this is the case. Items can be sent separately on request.

We work hard to ensure that the images we display and the book descriptions given are up to date and accurate. Some product covers may vary upon delivery. Please contact the office if you have any questions. If you notice a discrepancy on the website please contact the office. We reserve the right to remove product reviews in part or in full at our discretion. Reviews that point to other websites will be removed immediately. The submission of them grants us permission to use them in publicity and other means as we see fit. If the product you review wasn’t purchased from 10ofThose, we reserve the right to remove your review with notice.
