Steve Richardson

Steve was raised in Indonesia, where his parents took the gospel to a jungle tribe. His father’s missionary classic Peace Child documents the story. Steve and his wife, Arlene, returned to Southeast Asia in 1986 to lead a network of church planting teams. Since 1999, Steve has served as president of Pioneers-USA. Over 400 Pioneers teams currently impact nearly 500 people groups worldwide. The Richardsons have four daughters and a growing number of grandchildren. Steve is also the author of Is the Commission Still Great? and Not on Board.

Maxine McDonald

Maxine has had the privilege of participating in global missions in five countries. She has served with Pioneers since 2013. She enjoys telling the stories of how God is building His Church among all the many peoples of the world.
