Key changes
If you've used our site before, and this is your first time using our new web store you may notice a few things have changed.
Accounts
If this is your first time logging into the new store you may need to re-set your password.
Loyalty Points
If you have loyalty points on your account it may take a few days for these to be added to your account as we transfer over your data.
Gift Vouchers
We have improved the way our gift vouchers work, with a new improved delivery email and the ability to print an attractive pdf version. In order to make this work we have transferred your balance over to a new system, if you have any trouble using your old gift card please contact [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.
Payments
We've changed payment provider to Square which enables a simpler and even more secure solution to handling your transactions. This does mean if you've previously saved a card on file with us, we no longer have that record, so you will need to re-save any cards you want us to store.
Wish Lists
You can now create and share multiple wish lists under your account area. If you had a previous wish list and wan to know what was on it, please get in touch with us at [email protected]
